Raggia monocultivar oil is obtained exclusively from one variety of olive. The product obtained is a full-bodied oil, with shiny green colour and a medium fruity flavour, with taste of artichoke and almond. Raggia monocultivar oil presents a pronounced piquant mouthfeel and a markedly bitter taste.
