Our Blend is an oil obtained from varieties of native and non-native olives, such as “pendolino”, “leccino”, “carboncella” and “leccio del corno”. It is a full-bodied oil, presenting an intense green colour, a medium herbal fruitiness – with taste of almond and artichoke – and a pronounced piquant mouthfeel. It is characterized by a high quantity of polyphenols.
