2021 latest product, this oil comes from a Tuscan variety of olives, but widely spread even in our region. From this variety we obtain an oil with an intense green colour, strong in scent and taste. It presents a good balance in bitterness and piquancy, and this lets bitter almond and artichoke flavours to be perceived in mouth, with a fruity aftertaste presenting strong flavours of cut grass.
